Located in Mitcham, we have two vacant consulting rooms available for daily rent or exclusive use here at Healthy Steps Foot Clinic.

One room is about 13m², the smaller room is about 11m². Each room available has its own air conditioning/heating system, as well as a wash basin.

The rooms are currently unfurnished but options can be arranged with the owner of the head lease.
 

Basic clinical room rental package includes:

  • Consulting room use, wifi internet, water & electricity utilities, shared use of the reception/waiting area, kitchen and toilet facilities. (This does not include telephone line, clinical software or reception support.) POA. Cheaper rate available if renting for more days or for the whole weekly sessions.

Add-ons on the basic room rental package, with additional costs are: 

  • Secure undercover staff car parking x 1 space, part-time reception support (2-3 days a week) for phone bookings, enquiries handling and billings at the front reception.
  • Clinical furnishings such as the office desk, office and client chairs can be included. Please let us know which are your preferences at the enquiry.
