We are a full-service Day Spa in Burpengary (Brisbane north) offering remedial and relaxation style massage and skin therapies as well as a wide variety of other treatments. We are always very busy and have trouble meeting demand. Due to long term therapists leaving to raise their families, we now have a lovely room available on select days of the week.

You would be a sole operator working within the business premises and responsible for managing your own bookings, taking phone calls/texts, etc so there is plenty of opportunity to work as much or as little as you like.

Our current therapists work on a room commission basis to ensure they don’t have to pay if they don’t have clients. This means you are invoiced by the number/type of bookings rather than a set room rental rate.

Massage Room inclusions:

Hours between 8 am and 8 pm
Fully furnished rooms with electric treatment tables with heated underlays, hot towel cabinet, a/c, etc.
Room availability Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Saturday and other half days on occasion.
If you are also a beauty/spa therapist we provide a wide array of products and equipment to work with if needed such as facial equipment and organic cleansers, serums, masks, etc. We can also provide some free on the job training by an accredited trainer/assessor in the area of spa therapies (i.e. relaxation facials, body scrubs/wraps, etc) if this is of interest.

All utilities e.g. electricity/water use
Reception area with Hicaps/EFTPOS terminal plus laptop
General maintenance/repairs of clinic and property.
Easy staff and client carparking onsite
Bathrooms with disabled access.
Booking software including online bookings, paid as monthly subscription at cost.
Access to a client database of over 5000
Website maintenance with online booking portal (small fee)
Social media promotion
Invites to staff social events
Washing machine and cleaning supplies
Linen and pillows
Hot stones and cupping sets if needed
Specific tools and miscellaneous equipment
Access to free infrared sauna

Client management

Vic - Mitcham - Consulting rooms - Exp Feb 25

Located in Mitcham, we have two vacant consulting rooms available for daily rent or exclusive use here at Healthy Steps Foot Clinic.

One room is about 13m², the smaller room is about 11m². Each room available has its own air conditioning/heating system, as well as a wash basin.

The rooms are currently unfurnished but options can be arranged with the owner of the head lease.

Basic clinical room rental package includes:

Consulting room use, wifi internet, water & electricity utilities, shared use of the reception/waiting area, kitchen and toilet facilities. (This does not include telephone line, clinical software or reception support.) POA. Cheaper rate available if renting for more days or for the whole weekly sessions.

Add-ons on the basic room rental package, with additional costs are:

Secure undercover staff car parking x 1 space, part-time reception support (2-3 days a week) for phone bookings, enquiries handling and billings at the front reception.
Clinical furnishings such as the office desk, office and client chairs can be included. Please let us know which are your preferences at the enquiry.
